Refund Policy

Customers’ satisfaction is the main priority of our company. In any case if duplicate charge due to processing error, unable to accomplish any of your special requirements or not able to complete your order as per the delivery policy, we assure amount will be refunded as per the terms mentioned below./p>

When Refund is provided:

• The initial concept, idea or draft are rejected
• No corrections are done to the initial proposal
• If you discover that content or draft has stolen from a third party(then in this case proof is necessary)

The following invalidates the refund:

• You have selected a special package.
• The primary design idea or draft has been accepted.
• You have claimed revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons not associated to the company.
• You didn’tbegin any contact with the company after 2 weeks of project.
• Any of the Company’s policy or policies has been interrupted.
• The designer or other company approached for the similar project.
• The inventive brief is missing in required information.
• A comprehensive makeover has been needed.
• The claim has exceeded the given ‘request for refund’ period duration./li>
• Business is moving, changing name or closing.
• Possibilities like ‘change of mind’, ‘change of heart’, deviation with partner’ or any other reasons that do not relate to the service will not be subject to refund under any condition.
• While subscribing for a service bundle, if client dissatisfied with specific service, refund will only apply on that particular service not on the entire bundle.
• The client will not be permitted to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
• Services comprising but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not permitted to refunds under any conditions.
• For websites and applications, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website or application is sent for development.
• For animated videos refunds will not be entertained once it’s approved or a revision is demanded.
• In cases, where websites have been developed and uploaded on test links or actual domains or videos have been uploaded on video platforms such as YouTube or the domain used by the client, no refunds will be entertained. Techno Beavers will only be accountable to troubleshoot problems (if and only) the customer has subscribed to support services.

The refund requests must be communicated to the support department. Techno Beavers based on the destruction of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on separate case to case basis.

What is the way to claim your refund?

To meet up the refund request you must sure to fulfill the following requirements:

1. Claim your refund stating your concern by contacting uscontacting us
2. We take prompt action and try to solve your concern as per our revision policy or else send you an email of refund request approval from our refund department.

When the refund done, your design rights would be kept by Techno Beavers and you will not allow displaying any version of design/solution sent by company. Some more things to know:

1. Now the design rights has transferred to the company, and now you agreed that you have no right either direct or indirect or ownership interest in or the same. However you are not allowed to use content, work product, media and other things related to this.
2. Working in cooperation with the Government Copyright Agencies Techno Beavers would share Copyright Procurement Information for the refunded designs/solutions that would limit the again use of the designs/solutions as ‘original’ in the future.
